POSITION: Communications and Administrative Manager
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Communications
Experience working in nonprofits
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize time appropriately
Unimpeachable integrity
REPORTING RESPONSIBILITIES: Foundation President
SUMMARY: The Communications and Administrative Manager is responsible for the coordination and implementation of all programs and events sponsored by The Foundation, as well as the daily communications tasks related to marketing and stewardship. Professional work will include advanced administrative work, data management as well as QuickBooks duties.
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide impeccable customer experience to all donors and office visitors.
Manage communications tools: website updates, social media, print materials, press releases, newsletters, general correspondence, and others as assigned.
Lead content creation, ensure brand integrity, and provide holistic implementation of communications campaign.
Administer programs: scholarships, Teacher of the Year, Golden Apple, and others as assigned.
Manage teacher grant program: prepare applications, schedule visits to winners, track expenses etc
Manage customer relationship management system, keeping detailed records for special events, financial information, and donor management.
Handle daily Quickbooks tasks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Provide administrative support to President, Trustees, and for the office.
Support all event-related efforts (trivia night, golf tournament, gala, etc) and meetings: seating, print materials, presentations, social media.
Conduct oneself in a manner consistent with the PCPSF policies and ethical standards.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Foundation President.
Computer program experience: Microsoft Suite, QuickBooks, donor management system, Adobe Suite (InDesign/Illustrator/Photoshop), web content management system.
SCHEDULE: M-F 8:30-4:30PM. School holidays off, except summer. Some weekend and evening activities.
