When you donate to the Putnam City Schools Foundation you ensure that we can continue to inspire budding scientists and engineers in our STEM Labs, fulfill teacher’s innovative grant requests, provide eye glasses and eye exams to disadvantaged children, ensure that each child has a warm coat for the winter and shoes on their feet, support a family’s efforts to learn English and get better jobs, and provide high quality school-readiness classes through Early Birds.

In Honor / In Memory of

A memorial or tribute is an impactful way to honor someone special with your donation to the Putnam City Schools Foundation. These contributions can be made online or by cash or check. The Putnam City Schools Foundation will inform the honoree or family of your thoughtful gift in writing.

Leo & Mary Ruth Mayfield Legacy Society

Founded in 2010, the Legacy Society was named for longtime superintendent Leo Mayfield, a guiding spirit for Putnam City Schools Foundation during years of rapid expansion, and his wife Mary Ruth, an art teacher for many years. Join the giving legacy.

Friends of the Foundation

Friends are Putnam City School District faculty and staff who support the Foundation through monthly payroll deductions. Members receive a special Friends of the Foundation window cling to display. To enroll, complete the Enrollment Form and return to the Foundation office.
