The Putnam City Public Schools Foundation has announced the addition of
three people to its board. Each board member will serve a three-year
term.
"We're
pleased to have these additions to our board. These three people are
leaders in our community and in local business, and their ideas,
energies and resouces will be invaluable as we work with the district
to help students and teachers excel and achieve," says James R.
Dickson, Foundation president.

The
Putnam City Public Schools Foundation aides Putnam City schools in
enhancing and enriching education of district students. Foundation
funds support reviatlization of neighborhoods surrounding schools,
grants for literacy and mathematic programs, recognition of excellence
in staff, students and volunteers, and many other programs.
