Leo and Mary Ruth Mayfield Legacy Society

Because we have many alumni, teachers (past and present), administrators and supporters who recognize the impact Putnam City makes on our lives and the lives of our students, we have established the Leo and Mary Ruth Mayfield Legacy Society in memory of our beloved district superintendent of 14 years, Leo Mayfield.  To establish a gift, simply inform the Putnam City Foundation (cgist@putnamcityschools.org) that provisions have been made which names the Foundation as a beneficiary in an individual's will (minimum amount $5,000) or through a Charitable Gift Annuity (minimum amount $10,000).  Space is being dedicated in the Putnam City Administration Building (5401 N.W. 40th, Oklahoma City, OK  73122) to memorialize the gifts on a plaque, first with names being listed on the "promised" side, then later moving that name to the "completed" side when the actual monetary gift is received.  For more information about our Legacy Society, please call our office at 405-495-5200 x1205 or email cgist@putnamcityschools.org
