The Golden Apple Award recognizes five personnel and/or patrons of Putnam City schools who go above and beyond the call of duty to ensure excellence in education. Each recipient will receive a cash award of $200 and an engraved brass apple.

• Anyone may submit nominations using the nomination form.  Nominate! Application packets will be presented to a selection committee who will evaluate the merits of the nominees and select the winners.
